Anyway the wind blows
On the fascia issue, I've been getting quotes for a custom folded roofing steel solution to weather proof the board that we have on at the moment and the quotes have come back close to a thousand dollars. So we have another answer. Cement sheeting, much cheaper and more fire resistant (another very dry and dangerous fire season is predicted). However, more fragile to install. So I'll have to take care up that ladder in the wind. This is a product I've never used before so I'm hoping it all goes well. The sooner that's done, the sooner we can take advantage of any calm days when they arrive and start with this roofing.
The fascia boards I have fitted give a new definition to the roof line, it keeps on getting better every time we add things. With the roof on and the walls up the shape will be fully revealed.
